As the graphic designer behind the promotional material for Nationwide Loan Inspections, I took on the task of crafting a comprehensive booklet to inform audiences about their building loan services. This included the creation of a one-page version as well as an extensive ten-page booklet. I not only conceptualised the design but also curated a cohesive color palette that resonated with Nationwide Loan Inspections’ brand identity.

In addition to designing the layout and selecting the color palette, I harmonised all elements to create a professional and consistent look across the promotional material. The goal was to not just inform but also to establish a visual identity that reinforces the credibility and reliability of Nationwide Loan Inspections.
